No-Shows

Failure to attend the pickup location within the free waiting period without contact is classed as a No-Show and is non-refundable.

Important: Our free waiting period is 30 minutes for airport pickups (from flight landing time) and 15 minutes for other pickups.
Company Cancellations

If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, extreme weather, driver emergency), a full refund will be issued immediately.

Note: We make every effort to avoid cancellations and will always try to arrange alternative transportation if possible.
Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method used for booking. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email/SMS from us.
  • Changes to Booking: Changes to pickup time or location may be subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (extreme weather, road closures, etc.).
  • Special Events: Different cancellation terms may apply for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.
